The UC3625Q is a brushless DC (BLDC) motor controller and driver integrated circuit designed to provide high-speed peripheral drive and motor commutation control in power electronics systems such as BLDC motor drives and other motion control applications. It integrates key protections and drive logic required to safely and efficiently control external power transistors in three-phase motor systems.
