Description

The BSP135D is a N-channel depletion-mode small-signal MOSFET designed for surface-mount applications. It features high voltage handling up to 600 V, low drain current, depletion-mode operation, and a compact SOT-223 package. It is intended for use in power supplies, current regulators, over-voltage protection, in-rush current limiting, and other general MOSFET usage where depletion-mode behavior is desired.
