Description

The ICE2A265 is an integrated power management IC designed for off-line Switch-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications as a current-mode pulse-width-modulation (PWM) controller. It combines a high-voltage Cool MOS™ power switch with PWM control and protection circuits to simplify SMPS designs and improve efficiency. This controller is typically used in fly back converter topologies for consumer electronics, adapters, LED drivers, and other power supply units.
