Description

The SG3525 is a high-performance pulse-width modulator (PWM) control IC intended for use in switch-mode power supplies, inverters, DC-DC converters, and other power control systems. It integrates functions such as a precision reference, dual PWM outputs, an oscillator, soft-start circuitry, under-voltage lockout, and dead-time control, which reduce external component count and improve design flexibility. The device operates over a wide supply range and is available in a 16-pin dual in-line package (DIP) or SOIC.
