Description

The UCC23513Q1 is an opto-compatible, single-channel isolated gate driver designed to drive power switches such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs. It delivers high peak output currents (source and sink) and reinforced isolation to meet automotive and industrial application requirements. The device supports high supply voltages and improves performance and reliability over traditional optocoupler drivers, while preserving pin-to-pin compatibility.
