Description

The KA3525 is a monolithic integrated circuit designed as a high-performance pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller optimized for use in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), DC-DC converters, motor controllers, inverters, lighting control, and other power-management applications. It integrates all the key control functions — including a precision reference, error amplifier, PWM comparator, oscillator, soft-start, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and totem-pole output drivers — necessary to build a fixed-frequency voltage-mode PWM regulator with minimal external components.
